Simply print, fill out, sign, gather the requested documents, and send them to ACS. The required documents are as follows:
Articles of Incorporation or Statutes accompanied by the Minutes of the Board of Directors' Election
National Registry of Legal Entities (CNPJ)
State Registration
The documentation will be reviewed by the Executive Board in an ordinary meeting.
