The Santos Trade Association (ACS) offers spaces for lectures and meetings, which are available for rent to both members and other interested parties.
Space A: Auditorium, capacity for 150 people (139 chairs in the auditorium, 11 seats in the front). There is a foyer available for coffee breaks and a backstage area for the event organization meeting.
Space B: Meeting room in the 2nd floor, capacity for 40 people.
Space C: Meeting room - 1st floor.
IMPORTANT:
1) Member companies have the right to use any of the spaces twice a year at no cost, during business hours.
2) Rental periods: 4 or 8 hours - during business hours (from 8 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm), Monday to Friday.
Rentals are not allowed during lunchtime (between 12 pm and 2 pm).
3) Evening period – from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Note: Additional hours will be charged according to the time used (refer to the price list).
4) Rentals for commercial purposes (aiming for profit) are not permitted.
5) Extended rental periods (e.g., consecutive months) are not allowed.
6) Coffee and water are already included in the rental fees.
