The Associação Comercial de Santos (ACS) has spaces for lectures, courses, training and meetings, which are rented out to both members and other interested parties
Available Spaces
Auditorium: Capacity for 150 people, with 11 seats on the stage. A small foyer is available for coffee breaks, as well as a backstage area for event organization meetings.
Meeting Room – 1st Floor: Capacity for 12 people around the table and another 12 in the back seats.
Meeting Room (Backstage) – 1st Floor: Capacity for 12 people.
Meeting Hall 1 – 2nd Floor: Capacity for up to 36 people.
Meeting Hall 2 – 2nd Floor: Capacity for up to 36 people.
Lounge – 2nd Floor: For VIP meetings and small groups (upon request).
Rules for Use
- Member companies are entitled to a 30% (thirty percent) discount on the prices listed in the table below.
- Member companies are also entitled to two free annual rentals of any of the spaces described above, provided these rentals occur during business hours.
- Rental periods will be 4 or 8 hours, within business hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM. The evening period is defined as from 6 PM to 10 PM.
- Spaces will not be rented:
- For commercial purposes (profit-driven events).
- For extended periods (e.g., consecutive weeks).
- During lunch hours, between 12 PM and 2 PM.
- Additional hours exceeding the contracted rental time will be charged according to the period used (refer to the table).
- If a buffet service is used for welcome coffee, coffee breaks, etc., both the preparation of items and the removal of used materials must be handled exclusively by the buffet team as promptly as possible. In case of delays, additional hours will be charged as rental time.
- Rental fees include water, coffee, and audiovisual equipment available in each space. Tenants are not allowed to bring their own equipment without prior consultation. If authorized, complaints regarding possible power fluctuations supplied by the provider that may damage devices will not be accepted.
